Cancellation / Refund Policy
Our company guarantees unconditional exchange for your product within 7 days of delivery, provided that the original packaging remains intact and the product is undamaged, without requiring any justification. (The company will either refund the difference to your card or charge the difference from your card for the exchanged product.)
Returns must absolutely be made with the original box or packaging. Products with damaged original boxes/packaging (e.g., products with shipping labels affixed to the original box or taped with shipping tape) will not be accepted. Returns of products that have lost their resalable condition and cannot be purchased by another customer will not be accepted. You must send the original invoice (all copies you possess) along with a petition stating the reason for return with the product you wish to return. If the product(s) you wish to return are defective, the shipping cost will be covered by our company. In this case, you must send the product using the contracted shipping company that delivered it to you. In other return situations, the shipping cost is borne by you. If the product(s) you wish to return are not classified as defective goods and are being returned, the two-way (delivery and return) shipping cost will be charged to the customer. Product order amounts are refunded within 45 days.
